For everyday sweeping, use a soft, natural-bristle broom or vacuum with a soft brush attachment. |

Prepare a cleaning solution as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Using a mop or sponge, apply a generous amount of solution onto the floor. |

Let the cleaning solution stand on the surface for a few minutes. It will increase the chances of removing the toughest stains and will produce a cleaner surface. |

Scrub slowly with a nylon-grit brush in an overlapping figure 8 pattern. Use a 175 rpm rotary scrubber if the area is very dirty or has a grout or sealer film. If the area is only lightly soiled, an auto-scrubber can be used, making several passes before picking up the solution. |

Employ a wet vacuum to pick the dirty cleaning solution. Immediately rinse the porcelain tile flooring with clean fresh water. Buckets of clean water should be ready near the porcelain tile flooring. Clear the rinsing water and repeat the procedure until all cleaning solution is removed. |

Wipe and dry the floor without delay. |
